Hi,

My name is Daniel T. Simpson,

and I am a huge mechanical engineering nerd.

We can build a better world with new technology.

I will always hold onto that philosophy. To help create this world, I’ve been persistently improving my engineering skills. I tackled my first engineering challenge when I was 13, and I’ve been learning from each project ever since. I truly believe if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you.

My academic and industry experiences show my grit. In my sophomore year, I was accepted into the Massachusetts Academy of Math and Science where my education in STEM accelerated. Soon, I was accepted into Northeastern University (NU) where I am about to complete my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Math. While at university developed industry experience at co-ops such as Desktop Metal and Amazon Robotics and improved project development skills by leading teams of engineers through NUAV (NU’s drone club).

Feel free to look through my projects and see what I learned from each!
